I am not sure if there is a more quintessential symbol of Paris than the Eiffel Tower. It's ubiquitous silhouette is plastered on so many products that sometimes I feel like it almost loses its charm and appeal. That is, until you revisit it and are reminded just why it is so popular...
It is beautiful! It just felt wonderful to be there! The area was absolutely buzzing with both Parisians and tourists enjoying the tower on perhaps one of the last beautiful days of summer.

Feeling very excited about life.
We laid out Saint John sarong, unpacked our 3euro bottle of rose, turned on Chloe's little ipod speakers and had the nicest picnic, complete with a chocolate eclair.
