The Colosseum is truly amazing.
Being there is very though provoking. as I wandered through the aisles that were once filled with cheering spectators, I thought a lot about the past how time continually marches forward, people come and go, empires come and go, it all eventually goes.
PS - TIP: Buy your passes for everything online before hand, print out and voila - no lines! Much more better!
